Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@junipersilkstudio.com. Returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items returned to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items that have been used, stitched, cut, altered, or damaged after delivery

• Items marked as final sale

For needlepoint products, canvases, fibers, kits, and accessories must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
