Customers are responsible for confirming that the mesh size, fibers, accessories, and other materials they purchase are appropriate for their intended project.

Prices shown on the website do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required.

Needlepoint canvases, fibers, kits, or other products that have been stitched, cut, altered, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
Custom, personalized, and final-sale items may also be non-returnable.
10. Custom and Personalized Products
Custom, personalized, monogrammed, made-to-order, or specially commissioned products may not be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except where required by law or where the product is defective or materially different from what was ordered.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving personalization information, spelling, colors, dimensions, and other specifications before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from information supplied or approved by the customer.
11. Intellectual Property
